Excellent! Friendly service and delicious food on a terrace with a magnificent view on Alhambra. Highly recommended.

We booked partly for the view (note that there are MANY other restaurants with lovely views of the Alhambra), and partly because we liked the sound of the six-course tasting menu. The reception wasn’t exactly welcoming. Despite booking weeks, advising that this was for a...special occasion, we were allocated a middle-row terrace table (even though some of the front tables stayed empty). That said we still had a good view of the Alhambra at sunset. The atmosphere was subdued rather than romantic. We had opted in advance for the imaginative sounding Tasting Menu. We had already given the restaurant notice of hubby’s seafood allergy and, whilst he was offered an alternative starter to the prawns, this was a pretty uninspiring and under seasoned duck rillette. The presentation of the dishes was generally good, but the execution went progressively downhill, and the service became increasingly less attentive. The wine was acceptable for the money and we did receive several top ups during the meal. To be fair, the €60 per person cost including VAT and wine should have been a clue that this was not going to be true fine dining. The main problem was that the restaurant is located midway up a steep hill, entailing a long walk along the main road or a shorter, confused route with lots of steps and cobbles. Getting a taxi there was easy, but we couldn’t get one back (apparently a common problem as there aren’t enough taxis in Granada to meet the demand) which was the final dampener on our celebration. Sorry, but we do not recommend.More

Across from the Alhambra, which gives the restaurant spectacular views. In a district of narrow winding streets, off pathway usually found by tourists. Staff friendly and helpful. We were a large group, so there was a variety of dishes, all of which were well presented...and delicious. Good wines.More

We wanted to have dinner here spontaneously and were only offered table inside, even though there were tables available outside (that stayed empty the whole rest of the night!!). This was very disappointing since I asked a second time and told the waiter how disappointed...I was. Also: the atmosphere inside was not inviting - like outside. To make the whole stay disappointing my friends‘ pasta was sweet, like with cinnamon, even though it was not mentioned in the menu. He for sure was expecting something else. And the pasta was not very hot, to begin with! In total, this was the worst dinner we had in Granada - quality of food- and service-wise. We cannot recommend this restaurant!!!More

Amazing view, and friendly staff. They sat us in one of the best seats in the house, and seemed to suggest we needed to get the tasting menu, which was fine with us because of the view but also because it was relatively inexpensive for...a multicourse tasting menu that includes wine (60 euro). The food was very good! Took too long between courses, but overall it was a great experience and a sunset we will remember forever.More

Yes it is a tourist spot but the view of the sunset and evening lights on the Alhambra is unforgettable. We found the food perfectly fine and had good attentive service ,so we had a very happy evening

Food was good, but a bit overpriced. The location and the view is amazing. The service was quite bad, the waiter serving us was almost rude, not friendly at all.

After visiting the Alhambra we wanted to view it from the outside and where lucky enough to get a reservation here. The views 100%, the food and staff 110%. Call them don’t trust the internet as it said it was booked up.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Granada and I have visited over 30 times. Quality of the service and food is out of this world. And the million dollar views are to die for… been going to this restaurant for 15 years and...they have never disappoint. Make sure you make reservations in advance as this is an extremely desirable restaurant for tourists, locals and events.More

The view of the Alhambra was the main reason that we went there. The table was set nicely with crisp white tablecloth. Our evening started out poorly with a rude waiter named Juan which ruined our mood. After I let my displeasure known to the...hostess we never had to see his face again because they replaced him with two absolutely wonderful waiters, Raoul and James who saved the evening. The food was average and not memorable. We had an appetizer of baby squids with shitake mushrooms and both of us had grilled sea bass or some other fish that tasted bland and we shared a dessert.More

The restaurant appeared to have two other separate events going in the restaurant this evening and so all of the guests in the actual restaurant really seemed to suffer. We opted for the tasting menu which included wine in the price however, over the course...of an hour and 45 minutes my wife was offered just one glass and I only two. We made it to course four of the eight course tasting menu before cutting our losses and asking for the bill - the food was cold and we really felt some of the flavour combinations did not work. The service was very, very poor - because all of the other staff were busy with the other two events, we didn’t receive any attention at all. Interesting to read that all other reviews seem to be good as we have had an incredibly poor experience of this restaurant.More

A restaurant with an amazing view of Alhambra the major draw for booking, but who still provided excellent food and efficient, friendly service. Even without the view, I would recommend a visit to this restaurant. After a great meal, the walk back into the city...down the old streets finished off a wonderful evening.More

The place was recommended by a local for a four dinner with a view of the Alhambra, and it was certainly a good choice. The price-quality was excellent and the food very abundant. We share fantastic and very fresh salad and each one had a...second plate. One was grilled fish. The bill with one dessert. 68€. Not Gad at all.More
