We wandered in here completely by chance one day while exploring the streets of Granada. The only ones in the entire restaurant sitting overlooking the Alhambra. We had our choice of seat and personalized service. Not only did we receive an amazing appetizer and wonderful meal, we had white glove service. We also realized they didn't take AMEX so we... More

So often in tourist areas if one has a good view the food is pitiful. Fortunately this was not the case at Carmen de Aben Humeya. First of course the view is absolutely mesmerizing. I only wish we were here in warm weather to be able to sit outside. The service was perfect. What one would expect at any fine... More

Another fantastic recommendation from our apartment owner! After a wonderful tour round The Alhambra- this was a fantastic treat! Its a 10 minute taxi ride and the view is stunning! You have the Alhambra with the Sierra Nevada to take your breath away! Although I would say this is a fine dining restaurant, its very laid back with very attentive... More

We really enjoyed the dinner, but even though we had our kids with us it is more of a couples spot. The view of the Alhambra is amazing and the staff is helpful and friendly. The food was good and we particularly liked the Iberian pork sirloin. Solid wine selection

We were extremely lucky to find this beautiful restaurant when walking through the streets of the Albayzin neighbourhood. The view of the Alhanmbra is as spectacular as the food and wine! The menu is a fusion of local produce as main ingredient with trendy flavours and spices. The presentation is beautiful and elegant, the food is supreme and the wine... More

This restaurant hit all the spots: brilliant food, beautifully presented, good wines, excellent service and fantastic views of the Al Hambra. There were 4 of us, and every dish we had was judged to be superb: this was interesting food prepared to a very high standard by a young chef (who emerged from the kitchen and introduced himself at the... This is above the tourist area in an elevated position with the best views of the Alhambra. Its beautiful and service was great . The food however was underwhelming. My starter of aubergines was smothered in honey which was all i could taste and the main course of lamb had been cooked on too low a heat so the fat... More

We wanted to dine in a special restaurant while in Granada, and we chose Carmen de Aben Humeya. It was a small terrace restaurant. We were seated with a perfect panoramic view of The Alhambra and it’s surroundings, and as twilight arrived and the Alhambra became lit, it was an amazing spectacle! The service was point on, and the food... More

We came across Carmen de Aben Humeya restaurant after walking down from the Alhambra Palace and it was the perfect place for lunch (or dinner). The restaurant has a great view of the Palace, and is light and airy. The food was all absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We had several starters to share, with bread and a delicious... More
