OK we are English!! But after our last day in Spain and having just visited the stunning Alhambra our evening sitting watching the sun go down over the city was totally spoiled by surly bad tempered staff. No tapas, even after our third glass of wine, and the menu offered reluctantly. We ordered ate our meal which, however, was delicious... More

We stopped at Bar Kiki at the view point across from Mitador San Nicolas to Alhambra hoping to have a few drinks and tapas before eating a main meal there. We had a couple of drinks each with little communication from the waiting staff. They then plonked the main menu in front of us..other customers were being served tapas. When... More

We found this viewpoint plaza just by chance. Great views of la Alhambra.. Sunny out.. Went for a beer at bar Kiki .. Music playing by hippie group across the way! The waiter brought us a free plate of tapas, a kind of rice with little sausages. Friendly staff.. Worth the hike up the hill on a nice day.. The... More

This little place has a nice patio and a great view of the city. Ordered a beer and got a free tapas that was better than usual.

Heading back from one of the viewpoints over looking The Alhambra you will find this great little bar. The service is swift and efficient. The wine selection for a small bar like this is staggering. Flor de Pingus and Vega Sicilia ointment bottle and magnum adorn the bar counter. The tapas is very good. The house Vermouth is excellent.

The best food and service in Spain I've had yet, great restaurant. Situated near Mirador St Nicholas if you are looking for a spot to eat up here then this place is highly recommended and it's not very expensive. The staff were really lovely, spoke mainly Spanish but really helped us get along and made us feel extremely welcome. All... More

It's just back from the renowned and beautiful view across to Alhambra. Perfect for a snack and drinks to revive. Very friendly and relaxing on a hot day.

Bar Kiki is behind the church of San Nicolas. We watched the breathtaking view of the Alhambra and Sierra Madre snow capped mountains and then retired to Kiki for drinks

We came on Thursday of Semana Santa after touring the Alhambra. The waiter was friendly and suggested a table by the road, which turned out to have the best view in town. Three of us shared magnificent fried eggplants with molasses, and two unique dishes that I wish I had the recipes for.... Bacalao a la Sefardi and Lomo Mozarabe.... More
