This omakase style restaurant had absolutely delicious food and highly professional, warm and friendly staff. We had a wonderful evening and can’t wait to come back! It’s always fun to see the chefs in action and to have the opportunity to see the craftmanship right...in front of your eyes as well as to be able to ask questions about the ingredients and the preparations. The chefs were so easygoing and friendly, while skillfully dealing with the demanding preparations of all the beautiful dishes. There is a set menu, and the whole restaurant (there are only about 12 guests, all seating along a bar counter around the kitchen area) are served the same dishes at the same time. All dishes were top notch! And many of the guests chose to pair the dishes with the sake pairing, but we decided to pick our own wine from the very extensive and price worthy wine list. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back soon again!More

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. I was able to interact with them in ways that most Michelin stars don’t provide. Very easy going crew which makes having a meal less tense. It was awesome being able...to see the chefs put together the food pretty much right in front of me just like my experiences at Japanese restaurants while I was living in Japan. The food was presented beautifully and the sake pairing went very well with the cuisine and helped intensify the flavors of the food in such a delicious way. Sometimes one star Michelin’s overdo the pairings which they don’t need to and I can gladly say that this place didn’t make that mistake thankfully. Would definitely recommend others to try this place out. For it to only have been open less than two years they are coming into their own as a name to be reckoned with. I think this place will soon have a second Michelin star because they’re pretty damn good.More

This was the best service and food experience in my 34 years of life. They offer 2 tasting menus, bigger and smaller. WE took the smaller one, it had around 13 courses of amazing sushi and other appetizers, finished by THE MOST amazing dessert I...have ever tasted in my life. I also understood, that before that I have never eaten real sushi. Everything is made in front of your eyes, the place only has 12 places if Im correct. Service and food is definitely worth Michelin star - servants were invisible and everything was always done: glasses full, dishes ready, table clean, napkins folded. I cant see any reason, why someone should not visit this place - this place is amazing and totally worth the money! Also serves great Champaigne!More

Refined Japenese food at its best Nothing to fault or improve 10 out of 10 I can not tell you what an amazing evening and food experience I had last night. It was a food orgasm. I have eaten in restaurants all over the world...and many Michelin Star restaurants One Two and Three stars. This is already among the very best in the world. The restaurant is refined but not stuffy the service is impeccable the decor tasteful and the food exquisite. I have told all my family and friends and they are dying to come. My appreciation and thanks to Hector the chef, Marcos the owner, and Christopher the manager and all the staff. This is a a real gem. Keep it up as you know you are only as good as the last meal you serve. I look forward to going gain very soon SayonaraMore

We came across this restaurant by chance. It only opened three weeks ago and there are only 12 seats. In the future, a private room for 3-4 people will be added. The information on the website about the chefs and the philosophy made us very...curious. Without hesitation, we booked the large menu for two (€ 130 each). We sat at the counter (all seats are at the counter) and could watch the cooks preparing the dishes. Without exception, all of the dishes were fantastic. Sometimes very creative or newly inspired, or classically good. Extremely fresh ingredients, even the wasabi is made "a la minute" from fresh radish. Some of the dishes were spectacular and unique. I could go on raving about this for a long time and tell a lot about each dish. But it is better that you eat there yourself and experience it. Anyway, we'll be back soon.More
