Great authentic tapas atmosphere but the food itself was so-so. We got here early on a Wednesday evening and though crowded were able to snag two seats at the bar. I began with a red wine and then decided to try some vermouth since it...is so popular. It was pretty good. I think I will stick with the very good and very inexpensive Spanish red wine. We ordered a number of tapas after getting the free olives with our drinks. Again another place where the menu is on line from a QR code so to make it easier given our limited Spanish we made a list. We started with the seafood stuffed avocado which was probably the best thing we got. We misordered some cheese instead of meatballs and it was decent. The tortilla was also pretty good as was the cheese and ham empanada. The flamenquin we ordered was a disappointment. Many of the hot tapas were microwaved! Overall a fun vibe but the tapas was a mixed bag.More

This was so good I would go back to Malaga just to eat there. Loved every dish we tried. My son said it was the best food he had ever eaten. The atmosphere in the place was great and the staff incredible. It's super small...so at peak times it's difficult to get in but worth waiting and eating around 3ish when it's quieter. Highly recommended.More

Excellent atmosphere, busy with local and a welcoming buzz. We asked for recommendations and the team delivered. We had the most authentic tapas experience of Malaga at extremely cheap rates. It is a busy place and expect to stand and be part of a busy...and positive environment. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.More

Came here for a drink and it was heaving - a local customer saw our hesitation and ushered us in, and I'm glad he did. Best prawns I've eaten for years, great croquettes, and peppers, and reasonably priced drinks. Superb local authentic vibe to the...place, all very friendly. Came back again another night as it was so enjoyable.More

We were staying nearby, so on arrival went out for a dander. We dropped in for a drink on passing and quickly a table became free. The bar staff were full of fun and very welcoming. We ended up spending a few hours here; drinking...wine and beer, eating tapas and “people watching”. A delightful afternoon 👍More

I went here on my last night in Spain with my daughters. We both really loved it. The place just has a very lively atmosphere and all around good vibe. The waitress and others who helped us were all very friendly. We got two tapas,...tortilla and an empanada plus three drinks and it all came to 27euros. I would definitely come back here and recommend this place!More

Fabulous tapas and drinks at very reasonable prices in a lively, friendly atmosphere, though not a place for anyone who doesn’t like noise or crowds.

Fabulous place. Busy and buzzy, staff, food and drinks amazing, typical Andalusian bar mainly full of lovely locals, and watching the bill be totalled on the bar using chalk is an experience in itself. Tip...we went 3/3 days and found it less busy between 16:00...& 18:00 Be prepared to jostle & be jostled all in a fun way, and the bar staff are so happy they sing all the time. A must visit..More
