Very nice place to have a good steak with wine and a carrot cake after. ;) Hospitable personnel, would absolutely recommend.

The rump steak and strip loin were both excellent and cooked perfectly to medium rare (which is how my boyfriend and I enjoy our steak). The owners are super nice and very welcoming. The restaurant is up a side road and not along one of those busy tourist streets. One of the best meals I've had in Malaga.

We choose El Farolito through Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. It's a charming little restaurant, in a very lively part of the city. The staff is fully Argentinian and extremly warm and welcoming. We got good recommendations and the quality of the meat was outstanding. My husband loves and knows his meat and he barely had words, this... More

I was recommended this restaurant in Malaga. The menu is quite limited, mostly flank or skirt steak served with very little else ie no chips or salad. It was quite cheap but not amazing value as the food is very basic. Friendly staff as everywhere in Malaga. There are better places to eat in Malaga (and worse) but ok if... More

We visited this place last year and were very impressed by the food and the staff so it made sense that we return this year. The thing about this place is that it's not one of those chrome and glass restaurant s that you usually come across. This place is run by genuinely nice people who serve good food with... More

When we arrived, the restaurant is very small, was not really ready for service even though it was 9pm, and the tables are more suited to couples snacking than eating a meal. That said, we did not try the food so we may have missed out!

Having read mixed reviews I wasn't sure about trying this steakhouse out, but decided to give it a go. It sits on a quiet side street.Although December we decided to sit outside. They had a patio heater but it wasn't needed. The staff were very friendly, and explained the menu to us. My husband ordered a rump steak , about... More

Supposedly the best beef in town, supposedly Argentine. It was recommended by our lovely landlady of our amazing airbnb apartment. It was cheap, the beef might have indeed been Argentine, but it was overcooked and chewy and not as delicious as explained... Or maybe I am myself too spoiled with great beef in Belgium.
