The atmosphere was great, just like grandmas house. We were seated then sorted out with drinks. We ordered a bottle of house red which was served immediately and then we were left to choose from a well stocked menu. We chose the mixed grill for two. It should have been mixed grill for four. There was sausage, steak, pork, chicken,... More

Had excellent fillet steaks and pork fillet here. Old style Spanish restaurant. Had no problem ordering in English. Definitely recommended for meat lovers and big portions but excellent quality 👍

We went this restaurant on the recommendation of Trip advisor reviews. This place was so fantastic and authentic, if you don't speak any Spanish don't bother going. We asked for a small salad for starters and a shared mix grill for main, thinking I'm UK sizes of course. OMG what the heck we received half a cow a bit of... More

We'd been recommended this by friends sometime ago and thought we'd try it out. What a superb eating experience. We skipped starters, apart from one of us who had Gambas PilPil which was excellent, and went for steaks and pork. 3 fillets all huge and cooked as requested, 1 tbone, massive and cooked to perfection and a pork escalope in... We walked in. Greeted by a lady with a sour face. Restaurant half empty. Waited 10 minutes. No one made the smallest attempt at bringing a menu, asking us if we wanted to drink something... We got up and left.

I must keep this short otherwise I'd be tempted to write an essay about how good this restaurant is! It's just excellent food, served in an extremely good setting. (Although, I heard someone sitting behind me complain; her small steak was too big!)

Four of us arrived on a Saturday night without a booking after being disappointed elsewhere. They were very accommodating & found us a table. Menu seemed quite expensive but "Grandma's platter" was good value at only €15 for steak, sausage & jacket potato. Food was very tasty. Don't go if you're in a hurry though as service was very slow... More
