A real tapas bar. Busy, friendly and what you see is what you get. If you can find a space at the bar, order a drink and a couple of excellent tapas and soak up the atmosphere!

This is a Tapas bar, full stop. Don't visit if you want a sit down, full on meal. The bar is small and the walls packed with photographic memorabilia mainly dedicated to bygone personalities and the owner, a notable bull fighter. The tapas offerings are...More

After our awful and soul-less experience just a few metres away, Casa Manteca is the place to lift your spirits. I tried sherry for the first time, and it's quite nice, when you have a little tapa to go with. We shared some queso, I...More

We enjoyed lunch here, standing room only at one of the barrels. We had some wine and beers and 6 or 7 media raciones. No table service, you order at the bar. Our bill was 50€ which we thought was great value for the quality....More

Now I understand what all of the hype was about when Rick Stein featured this authentic little tapas bar in his Long Weekend series. It’s full of bullfighting memorabilia, serves the best tapas around and is absolutely buzzing from the time it opens to when...More

We were staying in an apartment next door and popped in for a late night visit. It was so good that we went back the following night. Tapas comes on greaseproof paper and the choice is wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by the cost of...More

This bar was featured on Rich Steins long weekend to Cadiz. Just a great place to chill out, the food was served on greaseproof paper! The best dishes were roast pork, Iberian leg ham, and local chease served with asparagus marmalade, followed by a glass...More
