We had an evening meal - excellent food, wine and service. Very traditional food and typical of area- all very fresh and local. Good wine selection. Tapas bar was very popular and would be good for lunch or evening. Located in heart of old Cadiz.

Best beef medallions I've ever had although the veggies were a bit bland. Service was fast although not very friendly. It has great ambiance inside with lovely decoration.

We have been to Meson Cumbres Mayores several times when visiting Cadiz. The tapas is great and the service is good. We have always been at lunchtime. Get here early to get a seat or if not, stand like the locals.More

Do not miss this gem hidden in a little street of old Cadiz. The choice of tapas is amazing, the service quick and kind. Delicious food - I would recommend especially diablillos (bacon-wrapped dates). Worth checking out!

We were hopefull upon recommendations of locals. Truth to be told it was good, but not special. That could have been our choice of dishes ofcourse (bocadillos & croquettas). Staff was friendly and service quickly.

You can only order tapas sitting at the bar but the whole restaurant menu is available there if you want. We ate in the restaurant and the bar but we preferred the latter. The whole place is hung with Jamons and gets very busy after...More

Only had one dish - a half raciones of Iberico Bellota, and it was excellent. Our Airbnb owner recommended this place as great for Jamón. He wasn't wrong. It's quite pricey but worth it.

Now this is a place stuffed with atmosphere of an ancient brewery. Convivial, busy and laden with aromas that whet the appetite. There is no doubt that Huelva jamon is the core attraction here. I love the respect and dedication, nay abstraction, given to the...More
