We couldn't go out for dinner as one of the kids was sick so I headed here for a take out. You choose the fish in front of you and they fry it to order - we had Prawns, Cod and Calamari. It all tasted...More

In the heart of Cadiz, in a pretty square, it does live up to the hype. Service was quick and the fried fish delicious at good prices.

Friendly, low-key place; stand at the bar and ask for whatever looks good on the paltes around you. Seafood including calamari dusted in flour, lightly fried, potato salad, wine - all fresh and good and cheap! And the place stays open a half later than...More

We wanted a good local tapas place for lunch and looked for a busy place figuring if it is busy it must be good. We were right. It was packed, but after a few minutes wait we found a spot at the bar and ordered...More

Wanted to ignore the negative reviews and give this place a go, but honestly, I fooled myself – it wasn’t worth the (cheap!) prices. Tepid, bland seafood with minimal preparation, and very poor service. The only saving grace is the lovely square. Avoid avoid avoid!

Very crispy fried but don’t sit heavy on your stomach. Dishes are simply delicious, prawns, baby squids, small sardines, you name it. Their olives are exceptionally big and are wonderful starter to go with your glass of beer or manzanilla. Surely you will enjoy the...More

Everything here is done well and the fried food is quite crispy. Absolutely try this out! Quite reasonably priced as well. For dinner, even though the restaurant is open, the kitchen is not open until 7:30 pm. Most of their food is fried and despite...More

Fantastic food, very traditional place and atmosphere. We had the dog fish with spicy batter and it was incredible! Never has dog fish before but it was gorgeous. We also ordered the fried squid and anchovies in vinegar and both lovely. Cheap as chips and...More

Went for the hot seafood tapas with glasses of manzanilla for lunch and dinner same day. Chiperones (baby squid), cazon en adobo (dogfish in spicy batter), tortillitas de camarones (shrimp fritters), caballa en adobo (mackerel in spicy batter) all were excellent. Service was friendly and...More

Hi, I am very sorry but I can't help you as we did not go on a Monday. I think the restaurant is open everyday.
