This was recommended by the hosts of our boutique hotel and proved to be our best restaurant experience in Cordoba - delicious tapas on the shaded terrace above the street and river bank, under the guidance of helpful waiter, washed down with sparkling cool Cava....More

Facing the river, this is a popular restaurant with a very busy kitchen. Dishes were just flying out of the kitchen, as staff rushed to get the cooked food to their many guests. For lunch, we sat al fresco and selected the 7 courses option...More

We had a lovely evening meal on the terrace of La Tinaja. We opted for the larger tapas set menu, (41.50 euros for two, beverages extra) and enjoyed it all, especially the tiny potatoes filled with brava sauce, the Iberian grilled sirloin with romesco sauce,...More

Ensalada de Canonigos y Atun Rojo con Escabechado Casero. This is a big salad of very fresh young greens (also known as mache or corn salad) and chunks of delicious red tuna. We shared this salad along with a couple of small tapas, it was...More

A little quiet when we arrived, but it was rather early in Spanish terms. The food was excellent, though. Asparagus with smoked cod to begin with, then baby broad beans. And then some of the best (entrecote) steak that I have ever had - cooked...More

We turned up on a holiday Saturday without a reservation, and of course the restaurant was very full! A charming young lady was very helpful in advising us to wait, showing us to the bar, and after maybe 15-20 minutes showing us to a table...More

This was recommended so booked and was not disappointed, ate inside as the February evening was a little chilly. Ate from the menu del dia and this included the impressive oxtail. When we left there was a queue forming at the door so obviously popular.
