We had a lovely lunch here of Salmorejo and Crayfish paella. It wasn't cheap but it was very well cooked, excellent attentive staff and a nice location.

We were sitting on the rooftop and our waiter, J. Cueva, was perfect and precise. The "arroz con bogovantes" was delightful, definitely a must when visiting Casa Rubio.

Great food, great service highly recommended. We were passing by and decide to give it a try, but for our surprise the food and service was excellent, the Cola de Toro (Oxtail) was the best I have try in whole Spain.

We had a lovely lunch here during our day trip from Seville. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. Food was tasty and we sat outdoors with a few of the gate/wall. Great spot to eat after visiting some of the sites in town.

Description
SELECTED BY GUIA MICHELIN 2017. Restaurant and tavern located since 1920 next to the Almodovar Gate, one of the medieval wall entrance. You can enjoy typical Andalusian as well as local food. Specialty in fried food. Amazing rooftop terrace next to the ancient wall.
