We had a really lovely evening at La Fragua we were visiting from Dubai with friends. Really relaxed atmosphere and our waiter was great with suggesting certain wines and food to us, which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone travelling to Cordoba.

It's hard to overstate how good this place is. From the moment we walked in, we received friendly service and advice on our choices that was knowledgeable, genuinely helpful and never pushy. Our bottle of wine, on the recommendation of Rodrigo, our waiter, was fabulous and the food...oh the food! The building itself is down a little alley and is... More

Three of us dined there last night and were served by Rodrigo. Now he is very competitive and hoped that we would review on TripAdvisor. Whether or not that influenced his service we will never know but we did receive great service and by the way the food was very good as well. It is an indoor restaurant which suited... More

Hidden in a small street, not far from Mezquita-Catedral, but still in a quiet and nice street, this beautiful restaurant can be found. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and speak english fluently - much better than my spanish. Our waiter recommended a few dishes, and I chose the Salmorejo, which was exceptionally good. A perfect choise in the... More

We came because Pepe is a friend of the person who owns our Airbnb so we were a bit skeptical coming in but it was an amazing experience. Pepe poured us tastes of probably 10 different wines, opening so many interesting ones just for us. He shared our enthusiasm for exploring the world of wines and spent much of the... More

Adorable little place. We had a healthy meal in the inside courtyard and it was basic, simple home cooking with love. Both our waiters were friendly and happy. Cute place!

After reading all the great reviews you would think you can't go wrong..but you can. Arriving at opening time in the evening we were told : open in ten minutes. That of course can happen, but why not offer to get a drink at the bar or something like that...then: we don't speak Spanish, sorry, but we at least attempt,... More

Fantastic small restaurant which you don't just find. You think your eating alone and suddenly it fills with Spanish. A good sign! We had the menu for 2. Delicious! Very good price and were perfectly served by Pepe who speaks good English and a perfect host. Bravo!!!!!

So... actually, when sitting they served us with fresh bread, olive oil and balsamic... pretty standard for the region I know.. but when we tasted, we were amazed by the taste. This started a romance for us with their fresh local products. Olive oil is from their cousin, balsamic is from the town 35km south, bread is baked around the... More

A very charming little restaurant, slightly off the beaten track. Service was very attentive and helpful. Good tapas and fish.
