It is mostly a fish restaurant, but because i don't like to eat fish i went for the "frikadeller" meat balls with baked potatoes. for 8½ euro's i didn't expect the best but when the food got served i was supprized.. - very nice juicy and tasty meat - little salad as makeup for the dish including sweet melon. -... You here have a choice between German Food, and some choices from the Mexican kitchen. They have nice fish too. The best is the cellar. Very nice atmosphere and good service.

The atmosphere is very nice and the food is just delicious and enough to be full. We especially like the service, how the waitress was taking care of our table. It is very recommendable.

We came nearly every day for a post-activity beer and light food. They serve several types of Flensburger beer; try each one! We always ordered our favourite - the baguette with smoked thinly sliced ham, onions, and melted cheese. It's a light dish to share, or a more filling lunch. The patio is on the main shopping district, and service... More

This cosy restaurant - directely translated as "Stock Market Cellar" nestles under the pedestrian street of Flensburg and descending the few stairs brings you into the medieval cellar where hearty, German dishes will fill your plate as well as your stomach abundantly. The service was polite and attentive, the atmosphere convivial. Definitely the place to snuggle up in the cold... More

Had a quick lunch. Service was swift and the cellar type restaurant has real german ambiance. The shrimp soup "Husumer art" was excellent served with newly baked bread - warm and crisp. My wife had a french onion soup which also was exellent. With the soup we had a well served Flensburger beer. The menu is with typical german dishes... More

I ate here on my own on a business trip. The service was prompt and very friendly. I had a fish dish with smoked salmon and grey north sea shrimp and herring, it was excellent. The plate was also full of sauteed potatoes, a bit too many for my liking but very likely this is typically German. It is a... More

We ate here more than once, obviously we liked the food. A big meal for a reasonable price. The wait staff was very busy and yet very pleasant.

The service was efficient and frendly. Having chosen to sit outside we asked to sit inside as it was a little cool - no trouble at all. The food was tasty, albeit the portion sizes were too big for us.

This is a very popular restaurant, thanks to its very rich menu and fantastic food. So, be prepared to wait - to be seated, to get your first round of drinks, to order your food, to be served food and even to pay. But when you do get your food you will realize it was well worth the wait... I... More
