When you go to Paulaner always order the “Schweinshaxe” (crispy pork knuckle with stewed cabbage and traditional potato-bread dumplings). ❗️Recommendation for girls: don’t listen to your partner! One full portion for one girl is too much! :) Very tasty but too much!

If yopu're looking for a traditional German restaurant having schnitzel fried in butter on an pan, this is the place to go in Leipzig. Cold beer from tap goes along with the food and this restaurant has several options Try it and enjoy it!

Excellent beer of course and great food. You feel at home if you are from Bavaria and if you are from any other part of the world, you enjoy the atmosphere and the service.

Their Hefe Weissen is always perfectly delicious, so soothing after a long day of walking and touring. I highly recommend Haxe. My wife and I loved it thoroughly. For us Americans and Asians it is just right amount of crunchy skin and so tasty meat....More

Well, visiting a chain while abroad isn't really my thing, but I love the look of the outside seating, as I walked back and forth from my work here. And it was warm, so on my way back to my apartment, I stopped for a...More

Went to Paulaner to dinner on a week night and had the Schweinshaxe mit sauerkraut and it was good. The place is located in Leipzig´s restaurant area but in a wider street which makes it calmer and quieter. Nevertheless is a very good option for...More
