We really enjoyed out night here. Service was impeccable. Wines were heavily French influenced and a bit pricey. You really couldn't fault anything. It was an extremely warm evening and with no a/c it was a bit uncomfortable. It looks to be a strong contender...More

My husband Tom & I have to thank the many reviewers on Trip Advisor who gave such outstanding and detailed summaries of their experience at C'est la vie. Our evening there was simply wonderful. The restaurant is small (seats about 65) has an open kitchen,...More

Clearly - location is bit hidden near the City center... but worth walking 200m more to experience "C'est la vie". Excellent food and an exceptional wine choice (mainly French). Good names and right vintage. Two owners are clearly deserving better recognition for their works.

C'est la vie is by a wide margin the best fine dining restaurant in Leipzig that I have been to. We've been to Falco (2 Michelin Stars), which was at most a 1 Star performance. Granted, we were at Falco between Christmas and New Years...More

Me and my girlfriend went there to our 1 year anniversary. The food was exceptional, the staff was extremely attentive, respectful, professional, and at the same time intimate. I asked to make our table special, and they put flowers and candles all over the table,...More

Could not fault this place food and service was excellent. Ordered of the 3 course tasting menu for 59 Euro well worth the money and they also give you a few free small tasting dishes fro the kitchen.
