This review is overdue; for which I apologize. We were a family group of six who came here for dinner. We were a bit uncertain as to what to expect. Thai cuisine in Europe? We were soon happily surprised. We found the food to be excellent. Our daughter, who has lived in Thailand, and began with doubts found that our... More

Centrally located, Changs serves up authentic Thai food at a very reasonable price. It's a small place with big decor! I advise booking ahead on the weekend. We ate the shrimp chips (prawn crackers), chicken in leaves, dumplings, Spicy beef salad, beef massaman and prawn red curry. All were very tasty. Recommend!

Industrial Thai food, missing some love. Atmosphere is okay and service is nice. Average experience with modest prices.

After a spicy soup ,Tom yam gung, with two very tasty shrimps, we continued with the traditional Phad Thai gai and the very tasty gaeng phed nuh. You realy tast Thailand. They used fresh spices. Reasonable priced.

When you like Thai-food, this is the place to be. The soup with Thai spices and vegetables and a few shrimps is delicious. We tried Pad Thai and Rice with a red curry and vegetables. Singha, Chang or a local beer. Preis-leistung super! The price is for the quality very good in a big city like Leipzig. Friendly waitress! I've... More

I found the service nice and they managed to seat me even though the place was relatively crowded. The food was nice, not too spicy but palatable, and the beer was good too. I would recommend it as a nice thaï restaurant, and i'm sure to come back, but it is not a best-of-the-best.

Ordered octopus and was served squid. When I realised this I stopped eating it and asked what happened. Shoulder shrug - 'we don't have any octopus'. Asked for a glass of water and was given something from the fridge which showed up on bill as mineral water and was charged €2. Complete refusal to remove from bill or explain wrong... More

I've visited this restaurant on numerous occasions, I was in Thailand for the first time a year ago. The food is good not 100% authentic but I think that's mainly down to some ingredients not being readily available, but it's tasty enough. Chang beer with little jackets. Will visit again and again. Service good. Better to book at weekends. I've... More

We have gone to the other changes before down the street, but they were closed for vacation and referred this one. Went and menu is not same. It took quite awhile to get server to come take our order- appetizers of chicken satay, steamed dumplings, shrimp skewer were good. But I ordered a Thai iced tea and it was horrible,... More

Coming from Southern California, one of the Thai Food capitals of the world, I was not expecting to enjoy myself at a Thai restaurant in Leipzig. And, while the rice was stiff, the tofu tasted like cabbage, and the curry was WAY too salty, this was decent Thai food at a great price, and I'm sure that those not as... More
