On the corner of the Grimmaische Strasse and the Nikolaistrasse. We ate an ice cream with fresh strawberrys.... Enormous portion and of very good quality and above all not expensive at all. If you like ice cream, do take a stop at San Remo.

I just had a piece of take away pizza. 1/4 pizza for 3€ -good price, It was yummy. But the staff weren't that friendly (seemed really busy although there weren't many people) and there were no napkins.

San Remo has many things to offer, but we come here for its superior ice creams which are served in many different arrangements. The terrace near the famous Nikolaikirche is also worth mentioning.

I really don't like the San Remo at all. It is true that they have OK ice cream that is somewhat in the style of Italy, but if you sit down it really isn't a pleasant place at all. Here is what happened. Tonight was...More

This is the real McCoy, the most delicious icecream to be eaten outside Italy. When in Leipzig I go at least once a day and try out all their different flavours. During the summer there are always queues which is a good sign because it...More
