A beautiful setting resembling a traditional German beer hall. Staff even wear the traditional beer hall dress which adds to the character. Nice simple menu offering German food. Big servings. Good beers and wines. Efficient service.
If you're in the mood for some Bavarian fare and beer, this'll do: it's got the atmosphere and the right ingredients in a central location on Leipzig's Market place. The food is so-so, the beer ok. Good for families though.

Visited here to get tanked up before the football.
Interior was traditional and authentic.
The beer was delicious and whilst here we also had cappuccino’s and currywurst which were great.
Also the service was very efficient and with a smile.
Well worth a visit!
