Could not find a good breakfast place and then we ran across this Cafe/Bakery/Bar. It was pretty busy, but we found a nice table for the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. There were lots of options for breakfast, teas or desserts. As perhaps you can guess from the name, they to cater to the English, and offer... More

Ok, I have some personal thoughts on this... Lets start with my encounter to this cafe n bar at Neustadt in Dresden. We were a group of chatty and groovy big and little people, consisted of 3 kids and 5 adults looking for a cozy shelter after a halfday sight seeing in one of my fave cities in Germany. Having... Really nice place to get breakfast. The food is cheap (4.5 euros for scrambled eggs, bacon and toast), and excellent. Especially good coffee and milkshakes as well. Atmosphere is friendly, making it an excellent place to meet a friend or publicly break up with a crazy girlfriend.

Came across this place after having a pretty bad morning. The food was great and not too expensive, and there was a very relaxing atmosphere and great decor.

I haven't had such a great brunch experience for a while. A large offer of breakfasts, including local specialities, an amazing choice of teas. The food is really but this is actually a real experience in a very nice place. Indeed, the setting is elegant and relaxing and the service not only professional but also friendly. Last but not least,... More

The ambiance is really nice, you can also spend your afternoon reading books there (they only got German books tough ;P) the dinner was really nice the spinach a little bit salty but globally really good. I went there for breakfast too and it was more food than I expected (the Lloyds meal) I didn't finished my place. The service... More

Reserved a table for one before trip. Cafe is very crowded with people smiling and chatting. Not very roomy, feels at home. I ordered a breakfast set, around 11 EUR, worth every penny. There is another cafe just 2 min away by walking, that one is half as good, but almost the same price.

We stopped here for sausages, eggs and an abundance of streaky bacon before exploring Neustadt's murals and funky shops. Great choice! In warm weather you look out on a picturesque church; if it's dank soothing colors beckon you inside. There's a serious tea menu, but we opted for coffee.

The iced coffee costed me 3.2 euro in a clean and trendy cafe in one Sat. morning. It enjoyed a pleasant view of Martin Luther church and close to other attractions and chic shops. Staff are nice and patient and there is a student who studies british English, had a nice chat with her:).
