I didn't know this place before, I just came here to have dinner because of the great views during the sunset. The welcoming was very nice and the atmosphere was relaxing. Although I had to wait a bit for the food, it was very good...and tasty. I would repeat again.More

We had a late dinner and enjoyed the view and the passengers passing by. Food was ok while service was a little bit slow and unfocused - taking into account the excellent location, pricing is reasonable ...

We ordered the chanterelle salad, soup, and pasta, as well as the potato sausage soup. The salad was slightly over dressed but had generous chanterelles and was good. The chanterelle soup was good. The pasta had generous mushrooms but the sauce was goopy. Not pleasant...in the mouth. Same with the potato and sausage soup. The service was good.More

Good location, pleasant staff, English not a problem. I had a salad with turkey, pork and chicken and I expected the usual English slices of cold meat. Not at all, three freshly cooked servings of the meat arrived fresh from the kitchen. It is a...good dish to have. My wife had the spicy soup which she said was absolutely fine.More

Fast prompt service as the waiter punched in our order to the kitchen directly on a phone. Lovely fresh sandwich.Great views from the old city walls . Perhaps the only free bathroom in Dresden.

The top quality of this place is definitely the location. It's on Brühl's Terrace and it was nice to stop here for a bite and drink after walking around the city. Food was nothing spectacular but it was good overall.

We stopped here for a drink and a bite whilst walking the area on a sunny afternoon. It is an excellent location, the service is very pleasant and the food is ok but nothing special. But we had a nice lunch stop here.

My wife and I took a day trip to Dresden, and stopped here for a late lunch. First and foremost, the service was great. The waiter was very attentive to our every needs. I had a Mediterranean potato pancake type meal. It was really filling...and very tasty. My wife had a sandwich and chips. She loved the bread and found the sandwich very tasty as well. The location overlooks the riverfront. There was plenty of seating, and the selection of beers and wines were plentiful. I would add this restaurant to your list on your next visit to Dresden.More

The view is good all right and the outside seating is relaxing. But the food is nothing special when considering how expensive it is. Moreover it was somewhat difficult for the staff members to understand a simple order in English. The English menu is also...somewhat misleading as it states something and then you get another. To add up the staff members were not very nice either - did not seem to be much bothered with customers. Knowing the high standards of Hilton I was very surprised to learn that this cafe is part of the Hilton brand - definitely not doing the brand a good name as it is not up to Hilton standards.More
