By far my favorite spot in Treves when I go shopping. I like their wine tasting offer: three different wines, beautifully presented on a wooden tray shaped like a leaf. It's served with bread. The restaurant tends to get crowded all the time, especially in the summer, due to its location in front of the High Cathedral of Saint Peter... More

Perfect location near the Dom, plenty of seating outside to enjoy the beautiful day and the bustle of the square. The Roman food was a novelty; while the barley soup and mulsum were delicious, the entree of ham and figs was a little too sweet for my taste (although still good). The quiche was also delicious, and lunch was made... More

Make a break there after a footstroll through the old city. We stopped for lunch The "Spießbraten" was of inferior quality, but a lady sitting at our table praised her "Matjes". The view on the Spanish looking arches of the dome is worth sitting here outside.

You can find this place near the Dom in Trier. I had lunch together with my friends. All of my friends chose good food but me. Driven by curiosity, I selected a roman style food (see the picture). This is made of pork ham and some middle asian fruit. It was simply too sweet. Avoid this.

After walking around the city and seeing the sights we found this gem. Food and service was excellent, truly excellent. They 6 of us all ate different items and shared them all. The mushroom soup was divine, the schnitzel, veal meatloaf, sauerkraut with sausage and meat bacon, pork fillets, potato dumplings to name a few. All washed down with multiple... More

The restaurant is located at the central market square, the Hauptmarkt. Dishes are what you might call tipically German. Good value for money. Friendly service. We were sitting outside in front of the restaurant, overlooking the lovely market square, but they've also got a garden at the back side of the restaurant.

Our tour group had our first dinner at this charming restaurant Beautiful setting - amazing wine list. I tried a flight of semi sweet whites - delicious Mosel region wines. I selected medallions of pork - tasty. Salad and desert rounded out our meal
