We felt so lucky to have found this place! We ended up there our first night, and the food was wonderful. They told us the gnocchi were the specialty, and I have to say they were cooked perfectly, probably the best gnocchi I've had. We...ordered a second plate of them because we were all fighting over it. We also had pizza and shrimp, and both were very good. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, as is the wait staff. It was so good we returned the next day for breakfast and stayed for lunch! The bread was homemade, the pancakes delicious, the egg sandwich to die for. There is something for everyone here!More

Had great Breakfast and Dinner here. And very good conversations with the friendly host Marcos. Walking distance to the beach. Rooms are very clean and shiny and they smell very fresh. I‘d eat and stay here if I come back.

In love with this cozy little restaurant. Chef Marcos is incredible. He’s like having a personal chef. The open concept kitchen is fun and it’s great to watch him cook. The staff are all incredible. They truly treat you like family. I almost don’t want...to write this review because I’d love to keep this place a secret forever!!! It’s an absolute must if you are in El Cuyo. Seriously, stop reading reviews and just go eat there now! The food is fresh, the juice amazing, the gnocchi tastes like you’re in Italy, and if they have prawns JUMP ALL OVER THAT! Dig your feet in the sand and swap travel stories with Marcos and the rest of the staff. Incredible people I’m thankful to know in a restaurant I’m thankful to have eaten at. Highly, highly recommend!More

My wife had had diner at casa cuyo and we really enjoyed it! The freshly made fruit water, vegan burger and homemade gnocchi (with homemade bread!) tasted all very balenced and good. Marcos helped cooked and served us. He is really relaxed and friendly. Would...definately recommend this place for an easy and delicious diner!More

Our breakfast was OK, but I would say the price was high for El Cuyo, and it did not come with beans and tortillas as you would expect. Based on the other reviews, we will return, but for dinner. We loved the cook! Very hospitable...and just a great guy.More
