We were staying in the area and were amazed that this restaurant was almost fully booked even though it was very early. Luckily, we managed to get a table on the patio. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. Only inconvenience was that there is no menu at the table, you need to go in and look... More

Paid 4.50 € for bread and aioli !!! A lot of people, nothing important. A dirty place, too much noise and just looking how to get more money from you, offering less...

Sorry for the punning title, but I had the best piece of bacalāo (salt cod) here that I've ever eaten... Perfectly soaked so that there was still some bite to the flesh and still plenty of salt in it... Served with plain boiled potatoes, fried onions and salad, it was absolutely delicious – and a huge portion, taking up most... More

We stopped in for a quick lunch before a meeting in an adjacent building. I'd have to,say I was pleasantly surprised. Two of us ordered the tintefisch (calamari) lunch special and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. We'll definitely go back next time we're in the area.

Authentic Portuguese food (large range of fish as you would expect), with a slight German twist. I had the Salmon, which was very good (olive oil really enhanced it). Decor of the place was pretty cool, and it was packed on a Tuesday night, so pretty popular.

Visited Dusseldorf during Drupa and decided to get away from Altstadt (and all other Drupa vistors). The location feels like the outskirts of Dusseldorf but inside the restaraurant you will find a genuine, crowded, friendly place with good food. All you need for a great evening.

This genuine Portuguese restaurant has much more to offer than amazing food. The staff is extremely friendly and speaks Portuguese, German and English. You can really feel the athmosphere of the Portuguese community in this place, plus one of Düsseldorfs attraction, a street full of amazing Graffiti, is just around the corner. Be sure to make a reservation if you... More

The best Portuguese restaurant in town. Service is amazing, everyone super was super kind and the place is cozy, has its charm. They have a big menu and we tried the traditional Codfish and Caldo Verde soup, both super tasty. Recommend it!

A very good restaurant, which makes feel like actually being in Portugal. The decoration shows all traditional Portuguese items (sea shells, fishing nets, azulejos tiles...). Almost all the meals are typically Portuguese, like the drinks. I recommend the Sagres (Portuguese beer), and all meals with gambas, very very good, like the Vini Verde. The appetizers with aioli are a perfect... More

The late Bodo recommended this place to my husband. It was their first time met up. Until one day, we came there. Sunday evening, the club was full. Luckily, my husband reserved the table for 6 people and we got it ( in front of kitchen, very interesting to see how they prepared and cooked for us). Uncle Sigi tried... More
