The location is very nice, small restaurante, only few tables. The meat is very tasty and the selection of wine perfect. Even desert and coffee are good. Reservations are required, but do not leave Duesseldorf before getting a dinner by this place.

One of the better steak houses in Düsseldorf

The Grill or Zurheide claim to be two of the restaurants serving higher quality meats and preparing them somewhat close to American steak houses. They don’t, at least in my opinion. The Bull Steak Expert is not promoting itself as much, instead they’re more quiet but do a better job. The place itself looks like someone turned an apartment into a small, boutique-style restaurant. Their meat is pretty good, cooked nicely and presented accordingly. Service is very attentive. The atmosphere can be both quite intimate but also relatively loud, which depends on the guests at the time of your visit. Still, it’s not a US steakhouse. But it’s a good place for a more upscale steak dinner in town. Suitable both for business dinners, family/ friends and dates. At least 50% of the average guests seem to be some kind of management consultants with whatever big 4 or MBB, though. Just saying.

Perfect dinner. Great place to eat out.

Superb meal at The Bull. Booked through Open Table. Easy access from 707 tram stop. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Staff very pleasant and hard working. Complimentary snack at start was so delicious - garlic steak on bread. Mains were delicious- BBQ chicken and a sirloin steak. Loved the sweetcorn pocket which came with the chicken. Dessert menu had a good selection. Shared a Dulce de Leche crepe and ice cream. Would definitely recommend.

delicious steak dinner

This is our first time in this restaurant, it is a typical Argentinian steakhouse, the ambiance was very good, there were place for about 30 people or so, a small cosy restaurant, we were a group of 8 people, 7 from the Nordic countries and 1 person from the Netherlands, we had a very nice time and a very delicious dinner. The service was very good, the price was normal for such good food. We all had 3 course with fine wine and some welcome drinks so the average was about 100 Euro per person which was ok.

Great dining experience

As a vegetarian at a steak house, this will probably not be a very helpful review to all but I can honestly say that I was made to feel as welcome as all the other guests there. Our hosts went out of their way to make me feel just as welcome. The food i had was beyond excellent. The Humitas dish and the Aubigene starter must get special mentions. Wow. The wine pairing was spot on. I would definately recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone and will always remember my experience there. Thank you.

The food is very good and simple grilled steaks, fish and vegetables. Excellent value for money, quality ingredients, very comfortable for casual dining with clients or colleagues. Very positive experience to be recommended

Best steak in town and nice quiet location.

A great selection of perfectly cooked steaks and sides. A quiet location - best to book. It’s quite expensive, but worth it. The chimichurri sauce is different to what you’d expect, but still delicious! Excellent sides and service. Great wines - especially on the full wine list. Can you find a better steak in Düsseldorf? I doubt it.

Good food at an affordable price

Delicious steaks and grilled food at an affordable price. Friendly staff. The restaurant is small, so a table reservation is recommended. When the restaurant is full, the noise from the conversation is quite loud, so I do not recommend it to those looking for a quiet restaurant.

Delicious meat

We went here because of the good reviews. It is not a place you just walk by. It is not exactly located in the busy centre. The restaurant is more like a living room and also decorated like it. Therefore not too many tables. Personnel is very friendly. The starters were okay but nothing special but the steaks as main dish, of course the most important part, were just perfect. Red wine we got with the steaks was a perfect combination. The sparkling wine I had before was expensive but not that good. Not a cheap restaurant and the steaks are awesome but the price quality ratio could improve somewhat.

Excellent Steak & Wine

If you want a great steak look no further, superb Argentinian Steak House with great authentic Argentinian red wines. I had the Rib-Eye and my colleague the Filet, both were superb. Staff fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Will be the first place I book when I'm back in Dusseldorf

Great steak restaurant

This was our last night in Düsseldorf and we wanted to go out with a bang and this restaurant was the perfect end to our stay, the staff were very helpful and the food was outstanding, if you're in Düsseldorf and want a delicious steak then I would highly recommend this great restaurant x

Pure quality genuine atmosphere

This place is a real gem if you value top quality meat and wine without the bells and whistles of fancy decor etc. The soul of the restaurant is carried by the passionate and charming service. Patient and personal explanations of wine and food. When things are this good one tend to forget the financial outlay which I acrually cannot even recall if it was alot or not. Anyway it is worth it. Me and my friend webt there 2 evenings straight. 800gr later I am quite happy to only return to Dusseldorf in 12 months time 😅
