cheese cake like a piece of styrofoam. The other not much better. Seriously, this place does not live up to the recommendation stickers at the entrance. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Friendly staff and wonderful local German cuisine. Exactly what we wanted. Weiner schnitzel was the best I've ever had.

We set off to find breakfast on the first day of our trip at around nine from Mediapark towards the old town. After about a mile, we’d seen a couple of Stehcafes (no seats) and rough places. Used to Vienna, where every third establishment is a café or restaurant, we were getting hungry and frustrated. Then we happened upon this... More

Bodacious little joint. Try the Noah's Ark sandwich, to die for 💚 thumbs up for the German bread (;

I read all the great reviews and was really expecting good things. Unfortunately, we found our brunch experience to be less than enjoyable. The waitress was completely rude the entire time. The bread was stale and the cheese that was served was melted to the plate. Also the prices were extremely high, considering the low quality. Had to rate this... More

Well made coffee and quality baked goods highlight this bakery come restaurant. We shared the deluxe breakfast platter, including a generous array of different breads, Gouda, Brie, cream cheese, ham, parma ham, honey and jam. All absolutely spot on, great option for breakfast when in Cologne. English menu available.

A very popular place which was packed when we were there. Huge selection of breakfasts, brunches and the staff don't bat an eye when one orders a much needed sekt! at 10 am. Great for people watching and to be 'seen' but the staff are friendly and efficient. They missed our second order of coffee, with much apology, but they... More

We tried this place as an alternative to an expensive breakfast option at the Pullman Hotel. We ended up paying half the price of the Pullman for a super breakfast. There are menu options and menus to choose from - everything is fresh and full of taste. Great experience!

Great value for money and huge portions. You even get a paper bag to take home any uneaten bread from your basket. In our group we had gourmet breakfast, cheese platter, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and the muesli plate. All very good and very filling. Only drawback was that the food took forever to come up even though the... More
