A bit difficult to find a parking space, but once there the traditional local atmosphere brightens your evening. There is plenty of choice on the menu card, and the small beer glasses are filled automatically by the waitress when empty.

Very good location to celebrate carnival. The beer flows constantly! Haus Unkelbach is easily accessible via public transport as there is a metro station just across the street.

Drinking a beer is better if you do with your friends here. Leave good tips for the really efficient team that works there and be nice!

The atmosphere and traditional feel is alive and well as is the extensive choice of meals and beverages at very reasonable prices. And of course, the... More

I totally recommend this place. Perhaps it's a little bit far from all the main touristic attractions but far more authentic then places next to the cathedral. Cold beer, delicious, but very caloric, food, great ambient - what else one could wish after long day of sightseeing. I had Reibekuchen mit zwei Matjesfilets (deep fried potatoes pancakes with soused herrings),... More

This was a very old, 75 year, with traditional German food from the past as well as present. The menu says " we hope to be here another 75 years". I also hope they are there another 75 year. The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. I hope to go bsck and recommend it to friends.
