Tucked away but a little gem for dim sum. We were kindly greeted by the owner who really looked after us - selected the best table and when we broke our water glass (clumsy!) helped to move us quickly. Restaurant was quite empty (although a Saturday night) and food took a little long to come but it was worth it.... More

I had my lunch here ordering fried noodles with pork and the Har Gow (shrimp dumplings). As the king of Dim Sum which determines the skill of a Dim Sum chef, the Har Gow here was far from satisfaction. The dumpling skins were broken and not elastic when it was served. Shrimps inside seemed to be overcooked which were soft... More

The fried taro with pork and shrimps was fatty and had no shrimp in sight or taste, The roasted pork belly tasted nothing but pork, no seasoning what so ever, and the crackling nonexistent - was just rubbery. Rice was alright.

The restaurant is located near the Rathaus and it seems that it's always filled with guests. I took my mum there once and we loved the dim sum. It goes really well with the restaurant's name. However, the dishes outside Dim Sum didn't tasty enough to our taste (we love asian cuisines) and I haven't visited the restaurant since. The... More

This is the only chinese restaurant in Bonn that serves authentic chinese food. Service is very friendly.

If you're familiar with Chinese dumplings and know how good dumplings taste, don't go to this place. Their food tastes very processed and seems to contain a lot of MSG. And their "Peking soup" is horribly sweet -- a major disappointment, considering that it's supposed to be sour and spicy.

This restaurant is on the first and second floor of a building without lift. The atmosphere is ok, but the place is pretty dirty. We sat by some shelves that were literally covered in dust. It seemed like they had been forgotten for years. Our waitress was friendly, but extremely stressed and literally sweating due to the fact that she... More

Arrived one evening just before 10pm and were told that the restaurant is now closed. No charming effort was made to encourage us to come back and still we did. Compared to other dim sum places outside China this was about average and the service lacklustre.

You can have a full yum cha treat here! BBQ buns, radish cakes, dumplings, anything! Only thing is they should better accomodate. For example, you have to ask for soy to be put on the table. There should be a jar with soy and chillis standard!
