Since two years the place doesn't exist with this name anymore. Please look for my recent review of the place, for it is definitely a good place to eat high quality and not expensive food.

Lovely location with a great taste, monthly menu rotation, you will never eat it twice. Most importantly delicious as you would expect, however fish was 'just' average. Friendly stuff. One of Rostock's treasures.

I would consider myself well travelled and I have quite high standards when it comes to food. This is by far my favourite restaurant ever. In fact, I love it so much, that I sometimes don't want to tell anyone about it, so it never looses its unique charm. Think of a romantic, old french town restaurant ... it seriously... More

As I am a foreigner living in Rostock, it was a real pleasure for me to discover A&E as most of the local restaurants serve heavy and fatty food.
