Found this lovely place on a night out in Frankfurt, it was open after most other places closed on that Monday night. It has several cosy rooms with an array of seating options, plus an outside area under some shady trees, next to a park. Easily accessible, as it's right on Zeil street. Their drinks menu is wonderfully varied, the... More

This café is located close to Zeil, Frankfurts shopping centre. It has a nice, old fashioned atmosphere, good quality of drinks and food and prices are ok (only thing I am missing is Moroccan mint tea :) ). It is a really good location for having a coffee at a first date ;)

Maingold is at the eastern end of the Zeil. The style is relaxed but chic with a youngish crowd in their 30's. The food is excellent, fresh salads, some pasta dishes etc and it's a great place for couples or friends to get together.

The deco is the signature of this great place, rooms in different colors, retro furniture, and cool people. And original door shapes!

This is such a beautiful interior, mood lighting and really delicious food. I've had the baked feta cheese with salad almost every time and it's so well done. Their seasonal drinks are often quite good. You'll have the best experience if you can nab a comfy seat..this place is often full and people sit outside even when it's cooold. I've... More

Vintage / chabby chic style of this café is most likely its best asset. Cozy and welcoming, it has a very nice vibe. It is not a place where to go for dinner/lunch, but they serve some dishes which are quite average but not too bad. Service is on average quite slow, but it really depends on the day.
