I finally found a good Japanese join to visit in Frankfurt. Great Tonkatsu ramen and chicken kara-age...gyoza isn't so much.

Muku has it all: quality of food, selection, authenticity, service. The only negative is that it's quite hard to get a table and opening hours are relatively limited. I could give this place 6 out of 5.

I've been to Muku many times and plan on continuing to go. I especially enjoy the Kogei-miso Ramen & of course some gyouza. Everything reminds me of Japan as you are greeted when you enter and thanked when you leave. I've brought many friends there and we are never disappointed.

Had a very lovely dinner at Muku. I am a truly noodle lover, not really easy to satisfy but it was truly delicous. Authentic ramen place, I saw many Japanese people having dinner here and the German girl who took our order was even speaking Japanese :). Ordered the summer rolls and the soft shell crab salad to share and... More

I have been in this place several times and the ramen is certainly good. You can also tell this by the amount of Japanese customers that every time you`ll see there. The soups are in general very heavy, so it happened to me that I had to skip dinner having this for lunch. My favorite ramen is definitely the tsukemen,... More
