Been here many times and I've not had a sub-par experience. The food is always good and the service is some of the best in the city.

Good service, good food, not touristy. I always go here as soon as I arrive in Frankfurt. It's a small place with Austrian menu. This time I had goose for the first time ever. I still feel bad about eating it,as a former vegetarian, but it was good.

Very nice small restaurant in downtown Frankfurt. Staff efficient and polite and food very very decent and appropriately priced. Had 2 different soups, trout and goat cheese salad. All very tasty and well balanced portions. Recommended! Only minus would be a lack of wine choice. They only have Austrian and Hungarian wines.

We had schnitzel and cordon bleus (inside is ham and cheese). The dishes came with potatoe salad (excellent), cucumber salad (👍🏻) and roasted potatoes. Everything was very good. Service was friendly and good. Dessert was amazing Kaiser Schmarrn there are no words for it just hmmmmm!

Good food, good staff. I had a chicken snitzel with a potato salad. The portion is quite big, and the prices are ok. A good place to stop at if you are hungry.

We stopped in for lunch. The food and service were amazing. The Kaese Spaetzle is the best I've had.

It is a well-located restaurant in the city centre with authentic Austrian dishes. It looks like a "Hütte" from the inside. The food is very very good. If you want to spend a nice evening with your friends, eat well and have a nice beer, this is the right place.

Despite central location, the restaurant is not easy to find, as it is located at the intersection of two streets and the restaurant's sign is not visible from far distance. We were lucky to have a table for one hour, because all the tables were already reserved for the dinner. So you better secure a table in advance. I opted... More

It was a nice place and waiters there were kind in their own ways. The food was nice and the diversity it had compared to other simple German dishes(just sausages and some pickle around) but it was still too heavy for me. The food was tasty in the beginning but I had to leave half of the dish in the... More

Standing on the street in Frankfurt - is there anyplace good to eat nearby? Open Trip Advisor and we find Salzkammer less than one block away. Very authentic Austrian-style restaurant. Really excellent Landhaus food, cheerful and speedy service, and devoted family owners. This is a warm, unpretentious place that feels like your favorite neighborhood restaurant in Vienna. If we lived... More
