Reasonable and a good for people watching

First night in Frankfurt and so I asked some locals where to eat. They pointed this restaurant out. Perfect location in the middle of the shopping district making it great to people watch. Staff was friendly however it took a while for guests to be taken care of and tables were not wiped in between guests. Sadly, a female appearing to be a manager did not help and chose to sit at the bar and was constantly on her phone. Portions were comparable to the price, however the chicken on the skewers was really dry and the peanut sauce was just peanut butter. On the other hand, the chili sauce was delicious and the salad fresh, albeit too much dressing.

Don't miss the goat cheese salad which I think it's very delicious, truly I only visit this restaurant because of that platter. Very nice restaurant located in the middle of Ziel walk way, helpful staff, fair price. Indoors and outdoors eating, good place to grab a meal when shopping. Recommended.

Every time I visit Frankfurt and for many years, I must have a goat cheese salad at this place. In my personal opinion, the goat cheese salad is so delicious with good portions that my review is based on what I have ordered only, yet the menu is full with options. Helpful and friendly service staff . Mid price. Recommended.

Used to be great. Was sold. Expensive. Disgusting. Amateurs.

It was great before Corona, real chefs, real bar service. Was a regular. Was sold. Now: They can't even make an Aperol Spritz or G&T. When asked to make improvements, they were incredibly unfriendly and arrogant. The manager was the worst, an impudent, poorly dressed amateur with no idea about the hospitality business. The staff were all young men without the appropriate training. The menu was minimal, overpriced fast food. Dirty. Low-class guests and supermarket bags. Burgers at McD's were better, here they were a rip-off. Meat was like garbage fat. Anyone who goes there must have a taste disorder, the cheapest, minimal ingredients. Never again. The clientele matched the staff's standards. Only for taste masochists with money to throw away. Using the name of the former establishment should be banned.

Great location, average everything else

We arrived late into the city from our flight and this seemed to be the only place open that we could find. Good location in the middle of the shopping street, however that’s where the good things end. The tables are really close together, not much room to move or get up. The food was average and tasted like microwaved food that they bought from Lidl, the hot chocolate was nice though. Staff are lovely and helpful, service was relatively quick for drinks but food was quite slow for what we got.

Horrendous Service

Ordered 2 chicken schnitzel. Bill came charged us 2 x beef schnitzel. Diff of 9 euros per schnitzel. Highlighted to lady waitress. Rude manager came and told us off for not knowing the diff tastes between chicken and beef. Order was wrong but made us feel it’s our mistakes and everyone in the restaurant was staring at us. Lady waitress was nice to pay the price diff out of her own pocket. We declined. We paid full and left. Moreover spilled drinks on our shopping bags when drinks were served. Pls stay far far away from this place.

I have reviewed this place several times before, it still the same in matter of quality and taste of food. Again I do recommend the goat cheese salad so delicious, good service , friendly staff. Located in Frankfurt shopping center "Zeil". Middle price.

Enjoyable ambiance

It's strange that so many places in Frankfurt are closed at around 8pm. This restaurant was one of the few places open, right in the middle of Zeil street. It has an inviting ambiance. The Turkish speaking staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the food service had ended. We had only waffle at the waiter's suggestion and we really loved it.

Quiet and nice atmosphere. Kind staff. Good coffee. Conveniently located in the buzzling pedestrian area in high street Zeil. Well heated. Average seating. High prices.

Great location to have a good meal in between shopping

I always eat here when I’m in Frankfurt. Their schnitzel is good and so is their apple strudel. Staff are friendly and speak good English which isn’t the case all over Frankfurt. The location of the restaurant is good too when you want to take a break from shopping and grab something to eat. They offer a bi-lingual menu with a pretty good English translation. Prices are pretty decent. Worth checking out if you’re in the area. I haven’t been disappointed yet.
