Brilliant ribs, Hard Rock have still got it! Go hungry, they're massive and fall off the bone. Chips and coleslaw great too! Situated on river, so decent placement. Pair up with walking the Elbe tunnel first to build up an appetite....we were not disappointed!

Although we were so late, the staff gave us a chance to order and eat on a Sunday very last minute! Everybody was so gentle. The food has been delicious, still unbelievable barbecue sauce! We enjoyed it so much worth every penny, thank you!

Dont go there for the music. If you Come to listen to rock music, you will be so dissapointed. The waiter was Nice, the food ok, but they shouldn't call it Hard Rock café. Only one song was rock, all the rest was rnb and...pop. dissapointing. We wouldnt have walked all the way, if we had known that. Then we could have chosen every other random café with loud bad music😱 again, No complaints aboru the waiter, and we liked the food. Just change the name or the music.More

Hey Nina, thanks for your honest reply. Actually, Hard Rock Cafe is about music in general. Sure we have a focus on Rock Music, but one of our main slogans is "Love all, Serve all" - and here we also include all tastes of music....More

Like HRC everywhere: not great food but always going back there. We arrived at 230pm and the nachos were already sold out? We got 4 starters at the same and the chicken sandwich came 15 minutes later. Cola was terrible: probably fountain without any gas....When will HRC switch to coke?? You can sit on the roof top terrace which gives you a nice view at the Elbe river with all the boats. Service was as always: slow and chaotic. However, we keep coming back to a HRC in another city. Just to tick the boxes.More

Visited for lunch on a Sunday. Restaurant is located a bit far from town, but close to U-Bahn and right beside the area where all the tour buses and river cruise boats are based, so easy to find. Usual HRC menu - American comfort food,...service was slick & professional, pricing was on the high side (HRC is usually more expensive), but overall an enjoyable experience.More

The women at the entrance giving you tables were amazing. They worked hard and greeted us with a smile and great service. They did not reflect the rest of the place. We've visited Hard Rock cafè's for years. We travel frequently and we have a...tradition of always visiting the Hard Rock in that city or in the country. We had just a month before been on a roadtrip through the US, visiting about 6-7 different Hard Rock cafè's. None of them was as bad as this one. This is the worst Hard Rock we've ever visited. The waiter that "greeted" us didn't show us a smile. Didn't greet us with anything else than serving us our menus and leaving the table. After waiting for 30 minutes for our waiter to notice us... we finally got to order our drinks. The drinks arrived about 20 minutes later. Even though we tried to get in contact with the waiter, he completely ignored us. When we ordered the food, we got the same attitude. No smile, no help, short answers to questions. We asked for a dish (fajitas) without the sourcream and cheese. He left to ask the kitchen, came back 1 minute later and said that the dish couldn't be served without sourcream and cheese. And could not suggest anything else to eat or find a solution to the dietary requirement (no dairy-products). We ended up ordering just food for 2 people out of 4. The food came and one dish was cold and one dish was overcooked. We asked to get it warm and the steak properly done (medium rare but it came back well done). We waited AN HOUR for the food to come back. AN HOUR! And when the check came, they demanded payment for both. An absolutely horrible experience. The restaurant is located by the harbour, which is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre (reeperbahn). So it's not really located close to anything. I cannot say this enough, stay away. Just do not eat there!More

We arrived here for our customary visit to a Hard Rock with us being pub collectors. The cafe is in a great building right on the water front next to the tunnel that goes straight under the river Elbe. It’s not the biggest Hard Rock...but we easily got a seat for lunch. The menu was the usual Hard Rock menu which now has minimal vegan options. Usually when we ask the waiters they’re usually able to suggest some options. Our waiter came back with the answer salad with actually none of the salad options actually being vegan. We had to ask about the pasta dish which he had to ask the kitchen about. They of course said it could be made vegan. Poor knowledge and a terrible answer from the waiter! When our meals came out the kitchen staff had still included the garlic bread but instead of putting garlic butter on it they had put margarine so it was vegan! Really good from the kitchen staff. The pulled pork that I pretty much always have was excellent and up there with one of the best I’ve had. Overall the kitchen staff saved a star on this review but the waiting staff need to improve their knowledge for dietary requirements.More

It was a nice Hard Rock Cafe with a terrace bar that has views all over the city. You can wait here while you wait for a table. We got a table faster than they had told us which was nice. Restaurant is spacious and...nice. Service was not great we waited 20 mins or more to get someone's attention for the bill. Food was good in typical Hard Rock fashion.More

The cafe is very far from the city center (_in the middle of nowhere_). Very friendly staff, good service. A positivity was that they had coca cola and not pepsi. Good strawberry basil mocktail + caesar with grilled salmon + the legendary burger was cooked...medium rare as ordered and was tasty. The jumbo platter was not too good, had too many onion rings, the blue cheese dip was the best. And the french fries crispy and good as always.More

No sorry they don't they are very busy all day. But if you go try a Sunday morning when the fish market is open and follow the crowds to the indoor area you will be amazed at what you see and will Enjoy Yourself.
