What a hidden gem in Potsdam! I'm so happy we found this place! Cozy café with many options to choose from. Everything is very fresh and tasty and very welcoming service. You'll want to come back after having been there once.

This store for British delicacies serves one hell of a full English!👌🏼 I know it’s not really what you think of with the heat we’re experiencing at the moment but how could I visit a British specialty place without a full English!? 🤷🏻♂️😁 Btw, if anyone can tell me how that single piece of tomato made it onto the platter next to all this protein (random creative stories are also welcome! 😊), I am curious how that came about. I can also recommend their amazing hot chocolate. 👍🏼😁 I was thinking about getting some pancakes for dessert but that platter really put me straight to sleep... 😂

First I waited at the cash register as requested to get a table. The young waitresses continued chatting happily until after a few minutes one of them snapped and told me there was no room. (One free table was reserved, the second was not. When I pointed this out, they hurried to put up a sign there too.)
90 minutes of travel for nothing, my conclusion: either women alone are not welcome or individuals are not lucrative enough.
No star would be correct because no service can be rated, but that is not technically possible - hence one star.

Very nice terrace and cozy cafe. Delicious menu and what was carried past us looked really great. But after we were simply ignored for a quarter of an hour without even an order being taken or an explanation as to why this hadn't happened yet, we left. There were enough staff there, but unfortunately they were speechless. What a pity.

Anyone looking for a genuine greasy spoon experience won't get it. But the food was genuinely British style, just a lot better than your average Britsh corner cafe. I tried the Irish breakfast, and the rashers of bacon really hit the spot. The bread was excellent and the marmalade very good. What stopped me trying the full English is that it was obviously so very full! Neighbours ordered it and it looked amazing and quality. But I will go back to try it when I have worked up a serious appetite. The shop also has goodies like famous brands of tea, Robertsons Mincemeat and marmalade and many other goodies nostalgic 'expat' might like to shop for. And hey, Aussies, they have vegemite as well as marmite.

I have been here twice now with my friends. I am Irish and my friends are British so we were both happy to find a place that did a full breakfast for our home cravings! I have had the full english breakfast and the breakfast sandwich, both of which were lovely and sizeable. The only thing is that I really dont like the sausages, they are very salty and a bit crumbly.
The atmosphere is something I love the most. It is a family business and the family are welcoming and lovely. It is small inside so there is not a lot of seats but I have not had a problem either of the times I have visited. They also have a great selection of cakes and scones, and sell British and Irish food products too.
Would recommend this to anyone!
