Had an excellent sicilian salad and steak here while in Berlin on business. Italian the way it should be. Complimentary digestive after dinner. Waiter very professional and friendly, gave me a good recommendation for a cocktail bar afterwards.

Good food (Italian but also more general). Certainly worthwhile visiting. Nice waiters; as the Germans say "Gemutlich"

We had a late lunch with bruschetta and spaghetti aglio. Very tasty and delicate. Observing the other guests and staff, we got the understanding that there are a lot of regulars here. This is indeed a place you want to visit often.

A family of 4 visited the place. All of us ordered pasta, which was good. Nothing exceptional, but the waiter was very attentive. And the selected wine was really good. All in all, a place to recommend at a reasonable price. No gourmet food though.

what a great find . Right across the street from my hotel. As a solo traveller I ate in here every night. Nothing was too much trouble . Food was amazing and the staff were lovely.

Return to our hotel just across the road and was looking for somewhere close by for dinner. Spotted Pasta e basta and made our way to see if there were any tables available. Very busy inside, but the friendly waiter managed to squeeze us in. Fabulous pasta dishes, great wine and child friendly. What more could we ask for. Professionally... More

Great Italian food and excellent service. We payed around 80€ for two people, two courses each and a bottle of wine. The servant was observant and friendly but yet not pushy. Great!

We were staying across the street at the Hotel Otto and arrived back in the neighborhood at 10:30 pm after visiting the Brandenburg Gate and Berlin Wall Memorial. We were sure we were out of luck for dinner but decided to chance it and walk across the street. We are glad we did. We ended up having a great Italian... More

we were having dinner at this restaurant after having a problem with our reservation in a different restaurant. the service is great, and you can see that they really care. food was really good, there is a menu with large selection of dishes, so everyone can find something he likes.. was really a great experience.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
