The burger itself is excellent, but what really did it for us was the whole package. Perfectly toasted bun, fresh veggies, everything was top notch.

This is a great place to experience Berlin (kreuzberg) and enjoy a greasy burger. It's the closest thing to In n Out that I've found in Germany!

Probably the best fast food in town . Very very tasty. Also you can drink beer with your burger. Even Don't have a seat but very delicious.

If you plan to visit here you should expect to queue for about 20 mins to order and another 20 to collect your food. Suggest ordering a few drinks for whilst you are waiting and not arriving STARVING as I did. It is good value, paid approx 8€ for a burger + fries + Coke. Worth a visit if in... More

I don't say this lightly, but it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten in my life. 30min wait in the queue was totally worth it, be patience. Enjoy!

Line went quickly, cool international service and low prices. They had mayo and ketchup that you could take as much as you wanted. Burger was extremely tasty and the Chili Cheese fries were unbeliavable. Im in love

Read the trip adviser reviews on Burgermeister so decided to visit ourselves on the way to the East Gallery. Easy to find just across from the station. Took advice from an earlier review and went to the local beer store and picked up two local beers to have with our lunch as it mentioned Burgermeister does not sell beer. This... More

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighborhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighborhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and 60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and 90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighborhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
