The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! My friends and I went here for dinner as our last meal in Berlin on a Saturday night. We did expect a crowd when we went, but it was packed! And for a good reason, I cannot stop mentioning how good the food is and for such an amazing price! They have a great system to deal with large crowds, so we got our food within 10 minutes. There are spaces to sit down, however if you see an empty spot you need to grab it ASAP. Totally recommend stopping by if you’re in Berlin.

If you're in Berlin it's worth seeking out Burgermeister. It's quick, easy and hectic! Queue up, place your order, get a ticket and wait for your food. The burgers are as good as they say - great quality, piping hot, very tasty.

We came with the idea that it would be the best burger in Berlin... Burgers are nice: soft bread, tasty cheese, good meat. But we cannot say that they are the best in town. The place is packed so you cannot eat on site, the personal looks smily but they prefer to laught together rather than earing you.

I’ve been there after one month of living in Berlin, expecting the best hamburger of my life.
It turned out to be very average, I couldn’t even feel the taste of the beef.
A bit disappointing after all, and definitely not the best hamburger place in Berlin.

The setting is very authentic. It is a small ‘shop’ in an ‘used to be’- toilet, in the middle of busy car streets and under the tracks of trains.
If you want to sit to eat your food, that is not ideal. There is not a lot of space and children will have issues with the seating and the height of the tables (which are mostly aimed at adults).
Ordering the food was easy, the employees were friendly and looked like they were having fun. Which makes waiting for your food less of an issue.
We had number 38, since 24 had just been served we expected we would have to wait quite some time. But the guys ‘cooking’ worked like machines 😉 and we didn’t have to wait long before our food was served.
The cheeseburger was good. Price quality very good. The fries were also very nice for fries. Ketchup and mayonnaise can be taken as you please and are free.
If I feel like having a burger and/or fries, while in the neighborhood, I would definitely go back to this place!

This kiosk like place is directly under the U-Bahn rail tracks outside the station. Passed by a few times in the evening and it was always busy with locals so I thought I would give it a try and I'm glad I did. You place your order and receive a ticket and when your order is ready it displays the number on a screen. The burgers were first rate and fresh, apparently they make them from scratch, the fries with it were crispy. Some bench seating provided. This is not the kind of place to go if you want to linger over your meal but if you want a good quality burger quick and no fuss this is the place.

Excellent burgers in Berlin!
To eat in or to take away, the Burgermeister is a very good option in the city.
The burgers are handmade, tasty and delicious, with high quality ingredients and good doses.
It is also available in Uber Eats.
The service is fast and the prices are okay.

Absolutely loved the food from here both our burgers were brilliant and had we have had more time in the city would've visited again. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Perfect fill up food after a day on the beers or sightseeing

Popped into Burgermeister at Schlesisches Tor for lunch. We had various burgers with fries. The Meister aller Klasser was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The skins-on fries were also great. Friendly efficient staff with everything freshly cooked, all in a cool, under arch setting. Would not hesitate to go back for more.

Best Burger i‘ve ever had. Awesome ingredients, fluffy bread, juicy meat, fresh vegetables. All in an awesome burger. Even my vegan girlfriend was pleased with the veggie burger without cheese.
Recommend this location to everyone who visits Berlin!

Me and my friend were on the hunt for some something to sink our teeth into, and boy did we got it bigtime! We were near kreuzberg naberhood, and we saw this huge line of locals standing under a bridge. It didn't take long for the smell to reach our nose, and it was game over from there. We took the chillifries burger with the chilli cheese fries, and it was delicious! If you are looking for something quick & cheap to eat, this is it!
Oh yeah, try the local beer they serve, it's great 🍻🍻🍔🍔

Hands down the best in town. Each bite is a flavor explosion, and the menu covers all the classics. The place has a relaxed vibe, making it the go-to spot for burger lovers. If you're into good, honest burgers, this is the spot.

After travelling from North Wales to Berlin to see the band Any Given Day, me and my brother in law had looked into coming here for a burger at some point whilst visiting the city. What else can I say but WOW, it must honestly be the best veggie burger I have ever had! It was past midnight, and still buzzing from the gig, the setting was great and the wait wasn’t long at all.
If you like burgers and are in Berlin, it is a must!!

I love Burgermeister! Discovered this place on my first visit to Berlin and have made the effort to go for one of their delicious burgers and loaded fries on each of my visits to the city since.
Yes, this place used to be public toilets, positioned in the middle of two roads, and you’ll usually have to queue. You won’t have a proper seat but the food is worth all of this. The burgers are amazing and the place is well positioned for visiting Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg.
Try it. You won’t be disappointed!!

If you’re looking for some good late night food, look no further. The burgers and cheese fries were a great way to top off a fun night on the town. Also, there wasn’t much of a wait, which was also a major plus! Highly recommended!
