Must see in Berlin. There is 1000 of different peaces of chocolate in this store. I had a great tasting cake in the caffe upstairs on the 1. floor, and had a whonderful hot chocolate with chili, best taste ever :)

Pretty much anytime. Afternoon would be good. Not sure that you can participate it is a chocolate shop and a cafe rather than a cooking school

We went at 11:30 for an early lunch and were seated immediately. Reservations might be needed for a later dinner. Enjoy!

I am sorry, I am not sure if they have gluten free products. You could post a comment to ask them on their Facebook page perhaps. Hope that this helps.
