Visited this restaurant after booking it for my daughters birthday. such a shame for this place after really looking forward to having a meal there. Firstly our waiter black German guy with a very very bad attitude. He knew we were English but gave two members of my family German menus. When we told he said really no then gave... More

Business dinner - ideal for "family style" sharing of tapas. They weren't quite "Barcelona-standard" but not bad. No paella; sangria was OK. Staff pretty friendly.

There is not much to like about this restaurant. First, the service is terrible. The waiters have an attitude. e.g. We asked if we could sit outside & the response was simply 'no', without any eye contact or elaboration. It took 10-15mins to get menus, despite some effort on my part. Second, the food is bad and probably microwaved. We... More

We had some tapas for starters that were great. For main course we ordered turkey and angus beef but they were not quite as good. The angus was a bit tough and the vegetables little overdone. On the other hand everything else was in perfect order like the winelist and the great Borsao red bottle that we had to our... More

Had a great evening here when in Berlin for a long weekend. Tapas was good quality. Wine was also very nice and the service was polite and attentive. Prices were also very reasonable. All in all an excellent experience.

The place is full and you might need to book in advance. Food was good, not excellent, some tapas better than others. Service was pretty quick and stuff very polite.

We went there with a group of ten for dinner. The dishes offered are a large number of different tapas plus some main dishes. The quality was fine. The service was friendly but a little uncoordinated, and it was annoying that for the outside tables under a roof with side curtains one had to endure the stinking cigarette smoke. If... More

We were happy to find a spot on this beautiful patio to enjoy some tapas. In fairness, the restaurant was very busy and probably understaffed and the resulting experience was very disappointing. First we sat down and waited, and waited and waited. Numerous other customers were voicing anger and concern about being ignored. We had to go find our own... More

In a super location on the corner of the square and a great atmosphere with good service. Good selection of food and wine although some of the dishes were not presented very well.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
