Ate there one week ago with 4 friends. We already had a weird feeling while eating. The pizza was actually pretty burned everywhere. As we asked the waiter he was really rude and said that this is normal. If this is normal for them, then...I dont understand how people can eat there. I spent the entire night on the toilet and had to throw up several times. Same for my friends. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.More

Had the worst customer experience there. I am actually coming here really often and I bring most of the time friends and like to share this place with them. Today I came with my French friends, pizza is good as always but when we had...to pay, the waiter started to get really rude with us and insult us in italian, saying some racist insult about French people ( yes we do understand Italian). We still don't know why, maybe we were a bit long to organise the payment together ... anyway it was not busy time and almost no customers... still not a reason to have been insulted! Really disappointed...More

Food was used to be good, but not anymore. I was used to come to this restaurant everytime I'm in Berlin. Service is really bad, waiters are really rude. We were freely insulted by one of the waiter just because we were french. It is...an unacceptable behaviour from a waiter. On top of that I had food poisoning a couple of hours later. I would not recommend this place to anyoneMore

There are 3 restaurants that belong together: I due forni, Il Casolare, and Il Ritrovo. They all offer the same great quality for pizza and all have slightly bad and unfriendly service. Always love to visit one of their restaurants to enjoy great pizza. Il...Ritrovo is the hip Friedrichshain version and offers the same quality of food and the same sometimes unfriendly service. Food Delicious pizza, Piccantissima is my favorite Portion size Good Atmosphere Usually crowded, slightly uncomfortable chairs, loud Service Not the friendliest, can be slow when it's busy Drinks Wine and beer, limited selection Value for money Great, you pay for delicious foodMore

This place is really authentic with posters about demonstration etc. Pizzas are really good and this is a relaxed place.

Tried to come to this place a few times, despite reading the reviews of the obnoxious staff. When we finally succeeded on a less than busy day at getting a table(less than a quarter of the tables were occupied), surprise surprise! Yep, the staff were...clowns. Half of the staff were standing around smoking cigarettes while the other half who were "working" passed our table multiple times in a ten minute period, without so much as looking at us. So naturally we up and left and went to Napoli across the street for a much cheaper pizza whose staff didn't ignore us. For the record: This is a very uncommon style of service which is NOT common in Italy. In fact, of all the pizza places I've been to in Italy, only one had this near exact same type of service, and without surprise it was the worst pizza I had in Italy. Italian service is friendly, inviting and charming. These pseudo-punks can pretend their behavior is authentic, and maybe Berliners fall for this stuff telling themselves that it's just how real Italians work. If you know your stuff though, you ain't gonna find this place worthwhile or authentic in any capacity. It's just a pretentious nonsense.More

The only way to get food service here is to speak Italian, otherwise the staff are these The pizzas are amazing though so it’s worth going just for that!

Rudest staff ever! I sat down an ordered pizza for me and 2 of my kids while my wife went out to bring soup for our baby who does not eat gluten. when she entered she asked one of the waiters if she could bring...in the soup and he approved. once she set and start feeding the baby our waiter came and practically shouted at her that she cannot bring outside food. she told him she asked in advance but he said she should have asked him and told her she should leave. we all left because of himMore

Pizzas were good and the atmosphere was authentic Italian. Our orders were taken very fast and our meals came to the table very quickly but then we felt we were forgotten. It took time to get the waiter to notice us when we wanted to...pay. A bit disorganised feel when there is a hurry. The staff was still friendly, but like I said, the service process was a bit disconnected. Affordable prices!More

Really poor service, rough treatment and endless waits to order, receive the food and pay. Food was ok though, but still pretty expensive, definitely not coming back

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of
the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party
hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is
palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter
are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may
find a bar with international crowds, electronic
music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other,
an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
