I’m a long-time customer and have been a frequent visitor of the place, because of its good Lebanese food, and friendly kitchen staff. I went to tonight for the usual vegetarian plate for takeout, previously 10 euros for a variety of samples, only to be...More

We came here as a group and I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. I ordered the schwarma plate with baba ganoush and it was delicious (the baba ganoush was very garlicky but I liked that). The other people in the group had halloumi...More

The restaurant has two parts one is a seating area nicely decorated and the other one is a fast food restaurant from where they deliver the food. In my opinion it’s heavily overpriced and small portions presented in huge plates with a lot of decoration...More

This cheap and cheerful place rustles up lovely inexpensive food that come in ample portion sizes. Service was friendly and the place had a nice buzz about it.

We were looking for some eastern type of place and Babel was right on spot. We took some shawarma and babaganush, falafel and ayran. The place was busy and the food was great and affordable.

This really hit the spot after a long day schlepping! Try platters where you have a choice of falafel or sharma or other mezzes. Very friendly staff.

I had eaten a few years back and wow what a change. It’s super overpriced for what it is! Nothing special for those big prices! Also 7,50 for a glass of wine?! Tea was 3 euros plus 50 cents extra for honey. Last but not...More

A blockbuster restaurant, tasty, varied menu, selection plates that are really interesting and like 5 different appetizers not your standard humus dumps and so huge that we have a meal for today from the doggie bag. I had the haloumi sandwich, 4 Euros 50, tasty...More

Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
