This a nice place - friendly & authentisch service. Good selection of Austrian classics at fine quality. However, to my taste both the Wiener Schnitzel and the Kaiserschmarrn were good but on the dry side. If you order the Schnitzel I would ask for cranberries...on the side.More

Average yet relatively pricy food. You get the same quality at restaurants along the Autobahn. Very friendly staff that made our experience a bit better.

This restaurant had been recommended to me by the local friends. And I am happy I followed their recommendations! Having tasted many schnitzels lately, I have finally found out what the real one should taste like. In this cozy place, filled with locals, we have...tasted the best of Austrian cuisine. The wines are a bit overpriced, but we were able to find the perfect match to our food. This is the place to remember and to return.More

Good Austrian cuisine in the heart of Berlin. It was our first experience with the Austrian speciality tafelspitz but really worth trying. Also the Wiener schnitzels looked amazing. Staff friendly and very service oriented and the restaurant very cosy.

This has been my favourite restaurant for a long time. A week or so before visiting Berlin, I reserve a table to ensure a lovely night out. Excellent service, food and an impressive wine selection. We have never been disappointed.

A very suitable end for a lovely team kick off. The service at Ottenthal absolutely lived up to its reputation. 👌🏼 We were in good hands, no request has been an issue, from combining 3 appetizer on a sharing platter to send an invoice for...the bill... NOTHING threw a shadow on this experience! 🤩 The food is really good and I absolutely recommend their „house beer“. Food-wise the Tafelspitz and Schnitzel were really good but my favorite was the „goose meat potato dumplings“. 😁More

Even if it was Saturday evening and we didn’t have a reservation they found us a place at the counter of the bar. The place is very cool, the perso bell so kind and the food very good. One of the best wiener schnitzel ever...eaten. The prices are not so low but justified by the quality of food and place.More

Had a lovely family dinner at ottenthal, my wife had the goose menu which she loved (pumpkin soup, roast goose and desert), I had the deer pate to start which was amazing, the schnitzel as the main is a go to and kaiserschmarrn was the...perfect desert ( you could easily split it between two), the staff were all exceptionally nice, efficient and friendlyMore

Sorry to say but the food and whole place was a disappointment. Wienerscnitzel was OK but It was served with vinegar tasting cold potatosalad and two leaves of tasteless lettuce. Simply overpriced. And do not go to this place if you do not like dogs....There can be one lying next to your legs. Unbelievable.More
