We used Trip Advisor to find a good and reasonable restaurant within walking distance from our hotel, and decided that Maharadscha would be a good fit. Our expectations were confirmed when we saw a large Indian family group seated for dinner, figuring they would know...More

Nice enough restaurant in Schoneberg in Berlin. Layout of the place good - tables not too close to one another. Service very efficient; staff very pleasant & friendly. Size of portions good too. And the food itself was fine ... and yet, it didn't really...More

The service was great, the food was great and the price seemed very fair :-) When they write that their food is spicy, they actually mean it ;-)

In 1963, Schöneberg was the center of the political
west, inspiring John F. Kennedy to choose this area to
famously announce, "Ich bin ein Berliner." Times may
have changed, but modern-day Schöneberg still pays
tribute to its historical legacies. Once the richest
city outside of Berlin proper, the area's affluent
past is still visible in ornate housing facades dating
back to the Gründerzeit of the 19th century, while

Hi there. Just wondering if you have any space for 2 on 14th February at 7.30pm. Also, do you have many vegetarian options as my boyfriend and I do not eat meat. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

As for the date, you will have to call the restaurant. There are however plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu!

We are open every day except of Wednesdays from 1st April 2016 from 17.00 to 23.00 hours. In September 2014 Restaurant Maharadscha has completed 30 years. We want to say a large thank you to all our guests for their faith in us. If you want to experience authentic Indian food you are here at the right address. We serve chicken, lamb, duck, fish and other seafood dishes but we do have a variety for our vegetarian and vegan guests as well. Here you can forget your prejudices against Indian food since you decide whether you want your dish mild, good-seasoned, spicy or very spicy. One of the owners is always at your side to make your visit memorable. Even though we have a large number of dishes, every meal is been prepared freshly after your order is placed. The restaurant is located very central. You can get to Maharadscha in Schoneberg easily in 5-10 minutes from the underground station Wittenbergplatz (Kudamm with KaDeWe). So tourists can easily travel to the restaurants.
