The variety of flavours and big portions are a plus but for nearly the same quantity you can spend half the money at Freddo's and be well serviced (for comparison). Shop was busy, staff were polite and those scoops looked like double scoops hehe. Try the banana chocolate cookie ;P

Häagen Dasz is always a favourite because no matter where you are in the world, the quality of the ingredients that make that creamy delicious ice cream is always there. It's always worth to try the new flavours. This store is conveniently located at Potsdamer Platz, so it's hard to miss it. The attendants are also very polite and helpful.... More

Definitely The best icecream I've In Berlin. You can have it for take away as well. I can recommend the new tastes of HD icecream - the apricot/lavender or walnut honey are amazing. Available with crepes as well.

The set plates of ice cream were so tasty, but so expensive. I think we spent about £40 on two visits on ice cream!

We were there in April, so it was still a bit chilly, so I got a hot chocolate and friend of mine got a latte. We were satisfied, I just didn't like, there was no wifi connection.

You can go wrong with Haagen Dasz. We always buy their Macadamia nuts ice cream while grocery shopping. We enjoyed that ice cream also in this shop. They have some nice deals at around 8-9pm with a discount of about 80% on certain flavors.

A great place to grab a quick, cold, & delicious snack. We took our ice cream cones with us & ate as walked. All the delicious quality you expect from this chain.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
