Had dinner here close to our hotel. A small restaurant with a very authentic italian atmosphere. Took veal and cabbage for antipasti and calamari pasta for primi. Both very well made and delicious. Great tiramisu to finish the evening off. Attentive service as well. Very nice and calm place on a tuesday eve.

The food wine and service in this restaurant was top notch. We had a wonderful Saturday evening despite not having booked. Already we are planning on going back on our next trip.

Very good Italian restaurant in quiet corner of Charlottenburg. Deliciously prepared rabbit with white vine on summer day was best of all!

A friendly atmosphere, delicious food and wine. The sea bass pasta was memorable as was my husband's perfect steak. Really great value completed the all round excellent experience.

Wonderful wine! Great recommendations by staff. Small menu, but excellent dishes. Highly recommended--especially for visitors who have had their fill of German food!

We dined here twice after performances at the Deutsche Oper last week. On the second occasion they stayed open specially for us. Short menu with excellent starters of truffled soup and prawns with wild rice, delicious pasta and good meat and fish main courses. Interesting wine choices and all presented by sympathetic staff. All in, a winner!

True northern Italian cuisine with lots of creativity and wonderful wines. Wonderful background jazz music. A great place to drink wine, eat well (but not too much) and chat.

Working in the neighbourhood, I noticed several time that l'Angolino was often full! So we did reserve for our visit. The menu is short which is a very good sign for such a small place: we can hope that everything is fresh. We were 4 and shared antipasti for 2: excellent. The wine, friendly recommended by the waitress, was very... More

Neighborhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
