I love to MamiCamilla! Pizza is very good, they have a terrific caponata, burrata and parmigiana. The service is always nice, even if sometimes slow. They also import chinotto, which I love. I highly recommend it for a nice pizza and environment. Also good for groups.

Crap service!! Be prepared for rude waitresses and waiters but seriously great eats! Worth the annoying staff!

Really good pizza just like in Italy. Friendly service from a Sicily-born young waitress. Not very expensive either.

Absolute superb and best pizza in Berlin and simply delicious! Atmosphere is great, in particular in summer and you can easily also take away or order food for your big party at home (then I recommend the lasagne and the aubergine parmigiana)! The staff is lovely and completely Italian! Simply relaxing!

This was my fourth time at mami camilla and this place has never let me down. delicious, sinple, delicate and intensive, without any doubt the best location for an Italian dinner in Berlin. The location is very basic and service friendly. Absolutely recommendable!!!!

We love this restaurant. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with great food and fresh ingredients. Staff are easy going and the pizzas and pastas are very good. I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit if you have not tried before. The neighbourhood is also very nice for a stroll around afterwards.

The traditional pizza is great, but the glutenfree one can be definitely improved. It's not cheap, but in the end one pizza is enough to feed your hunger. Please improve the glutenfree options you have and t may become one of my fav restaurants!

As an italian leaving in Berlin, I am constantly looking for original food from my land. This friendly restaurant meets all my expectations, both for the exquisite pizza and for other food.

The place is quite nice. A spacious and enjoyable restaurant with the right quantity of tables set in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. The staff is exclusively Italian but that doesn`t make any difference in the quality level of their service. To put it simply, as the title reads, their pizza is good. Average good. Althought I found it oily... More

Italian restaurant in quiet neighbourhood. Good selection of pizza. Nice desserts. Service could be better, but young waitresses. Only cash. Would go back.

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighborhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
