Came to this place whilst visiting Berlin in November. The food was exceptionally tasty and amazing value. Their vegan and vegetarian options are great. Staff where polite and left us alone. The beer was cold and crisp. The tofu deep fried rolls with Peanut sauce blew my mind and the soup has ruined Vietnamese food for me in England as... More

The food is tasty and the portions are good. The food is well cooked but not necessarily authentic. One draw back is the fact that there's too little meat in the dishes - but for a dish for under 6 EUR you can't really complain. It's consistent and the service is attentive. It's perfect for when you're hungover, just finished... More

My girlfriend and I had a great meal at mammam tonight. We had entrees, mains and drinks all for under $30 euro. The entrees were average but the main meals (red curry and rice noodle salad) were fantastic. Great flavours and quick service. We are only in Berlin for 2 more days and will go back for more!

One of my first meals when moving to Berlin was at Mamman and I've continued to eat there at least once a month. Their coconut red soup is one of the best I've tried in Berlin, and subsequently something I crave on the regular. The pho is also good, but doesn't compete on depth of flavour. I love the sushi... We went here by recommendation and enjoyed the place and the high quality food very much. The first thing you will notice is a big old Sony flatscreen with really bad 80s music video's. But nevertheless, (or should i say because of that?) the place feels very authentic. Most important: the food is fantastic. We had some great noodle dishes,... More

The food at Mammam was so delicious, my boyfriend and I visited it twice on our trip to Berlin. The cafe/restaurant is only pretty small and you may have to share a table with others if busy. Mammam's not the place to go if you expect fast food or a quick bite to eat as service is pretty slow (I... More

Really good food for a very reasonable price. The large size really is large though so be hungry if you order it! The free soft drink at lunch is a cheap supermarket kind but you really can't hold that against it; although I probably would prefer to pay for the original. Cocktails look really good and are also a great... More

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Restaurant is nothing special inside but the food was superb. Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had in a restaurant. The cocktails were also great and I highly recommend the thai schnapps and cola which was particularly good. Service was prompt, food freshly prepared and I left full, satisfied and... More

Accidently ran into this streetfood restaurant and we even went back the next day! It was our first Vietnamese food experience and we couldn't get enough of it. It's a small place so most visitors are from around the neighbourhood. You'll fit in anyways :)

Description
Weine anzubieten.

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighborhood Profile
Friedrichshain
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
