Ate here when i was visiting Berlin, breakfast was beautiful! Your breakfast will come with some greens, but if you're visiting Berlin, i'd expect you'll be walking a good distance, so a bit of healthy food can't be a bad thing! 10/10 for service too, great English spoken by the staff, and a great service! Can't fault this place at... More

Huge range of breakfast options and all look delicious. Ordered the Lumberjack: crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast and maple syrup served with a huge portion of salad. Absolutely delicious food and worth it for an occasion.

This looked like a promising alternative to the usual and indeed it was. Loads of options but probably a little too much green stuff for me (i.e. healthy!) - all the options we tried came with lots of leaves and the ommelette was spinach heavy. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English and if you are there early... More

They have very good and wide selection of healthy breakfasts. Location is quite central, prices are acceptable. 10-15 EUR per breakfast.

The menu has everything in a breakfast repertoire that matters to me... and options for vegetarian/vegan versions throughout. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and THANK YOU Chills for not being the slightest bit greasy. Very clean, elegant with a "stainless steel, wood and stone" accent to the decor. Reminds me, somehow, of the decor in Northern Cal wine country restaurants... More

Even without a reservation we were able to get a table for two on a Sunday morning. The breakfast menu is extensive, so we had a hard time choosing but in the end we were very pleased with our choices: the Vision and the Lumberjack. We loved the possibility to replace the meat with vegetarian alternatives.

Really nice place, I had eggs benedict & the missus had scrambled egg, bacon & French toast - both were spot on. Their coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice also went down well. Modern setting, attentive staff & the food was made in view which is always a good thing. Would certainly recommend.

Since we couldn't get a table at the new years eve, we tried out the late breakfast at the 2nd of January. The staff recognized us and welcomed us back. The food was well worth the money. And the fresh juice was well needed after a late night out the day before!

Great breakfast and ambiance. Asked if we could bring in our poodle while we eat, "nooo, the poodle must wait outside while you eat... Just kidding we love dogs." Picture is breakfast No4-Vision, also had the poached eggs on toast (my dad used call it 'Adam and Eve on a raft' and coconut milk rice and fruit (dreamy). Love the... More

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
