food was good, service too, but nothing special. The filet was not the best, but still good, mashed potatoes very good and tortillas really under average.

We made a reservation for a party of 12 on a Friday night at 8pm, we arrived on time and our table was ready for us on arrival. The staff were attentive, brought drinks promptly and helped with menu selections. All but one of our group had steak and every dish was faultless! I would certainly recommend to others, the... To start with I would like to say that this place cannot compete with top steak houses. However quality and taste is more than satisfactory. Considering the reasonable prices and good service i gave it 5 stars and recommend to travelers and Berliners. During our visit there was a problem with the order and one of the plates came as... Nice place and surroundings. The service is nice and fast. The meat was badly cooked and 5 out of 7 dishes were not cooked to the standard that was asked for. We were not allowed to leave the restaurant until there was tip on the table.

If you are in town and you would like to eat a good steak, this is the place that you should visit. Staff was friendly and food was excellent. However service was slow and due to ventilation problem we had to sit outside. Therefore my overall rating for this restaurant is 4 star.

Great food, friendly staff and nice setting. Well worth a visit - especially if you like steak! Menu a bit limited, especially for vegetarians.

Nice restaurant. Friendly staff and the food was amazing, we had all beef steaks and was the best we have eaten until now. We will return this week. 👍🏻

Arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation (I recommend making a reservation) and the waiter managed to get us the last table. Very helpful and friendly staff made the visit a pleasure as the were happy to help me along with my attempt at German. The food arrived and was excellent! Cooked to perfection and with a sauce that... More

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighborhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighborhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and 60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and 90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighborhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
